Welcome to Meet in Paris French Bistro, a delightful culinary gem nestled in the heart of Culver City, California. This charming spot effortlessly brings the essence of French gastronomy to the West Coast, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors. With its inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and an array of tempting dishes, it's no wonder patrons rave about their experiences here.

From the moment you step inside, the ambiance sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The bistro exudes a warm, welcoming charm with its cozy interiors and subtle French decor. For those who prefer al fresco dining, the outdoor seating options provide a relaxed environment to soak in the sunny Californian weather—all while enjoying the sounds of live music on select evenings.

At Meet in Paris, the cuisine is a carefully crafted homage to traditional French fare, featuring a menu that entices the senses. Start your culinary journey with the creamy and soothing Vichyssoise ($12), a chilled potato-leek soup that's as refreshing as it is decadent. For those looking for something richer, the Frisee Aux Lardons ($14) bursts with flavor, seamlessly combining crispy lardons and fresh frisée for a delightful appetizer that sets the stage for the meal ahead.

As you dive into the main offerings, the bistro's Callmex Breakfast menu showcases an intriguing fusion of French and Mexican flavors, perfect for any time of day. Imagine savoring French Mex Chilaquiles or indulging in a classic French Huevos Rancheros, both bursting with vibrant flavors that will leave a lasting impression. But do save room for the bakery offerings—whether it's a flaky croissant or a buttery French baguette, the freshness alone is worth the visit.

Guests frequently highlight the happy hour as one of the bistro's standout features, where the incredible offerings make it a hotspot for after-work unwind sessions. As David Morales puts it, "Stay for the food. Literally, one of the best happy hours in downtown Culver." With so many delicious options to choose from, it's no surprise that patrons are tempted to sample nearly everything on the menu.

But the experience extends beyond just food; Meet in Paris prides itself on offering excellent service. Many visitors, like Lord Van Cannon, praise the attentive and professional staff, who go above and beyond to ensure that every dining experience is exceptional. Whether you're sipping wine on the patio or enjoying a meal with a group, the team's commitment to hospitality shines through.

Private gatherings and celebrations are also catered to with grace, as illustrated by Michaela K's memorable experience with her party of 30. The bistro's ability to coordinate large events while maintaining food quality and service showcases their expertise and passion.

In summary, Meet in Paris French Bistro is more than just a restaurant; it's a destination for culinary enthusiasts and those seeking a taste of France right in Culver City. Meet in Paris. Stay for the food. Literally, one of the best happy hours in downtown Culver (3-6:30 PM). I have been coming here for 12 years, and it never disappoints. We ordered almost everything off the happy hour menu, out of pure joy. My favorite was the steak tartare!

The appetizers were great, the ceaser salad was so so. Great atmosphere with live music during evenings - might not be the great place to be if you want to talk. Service was pretty good as well.

Alright! Been here enough times now to write a review. I will start this off with. The staff is awesome. VERY helpful, professional and always tentative. Plenty of outdoor and in door seating. This place is such a gem. And I'm so glad it's here. I've had many things on the menu here. But I will write about my favorites. French onion soup. The broth isn't overly salty like some places. The onions are perfectly caramelized. The bread and cheese is perfectly placed and melted. If you like French onion soup. I HIGHLY recommend theirs. It's absolutely delicious! Lobster ravioli. Although this dish is rather small. It only includes 3 "larger" ravioli's but it is an excellent dish. The pink sauce is made right. Topped with cheese and grilled asparagus cut into smaller pieces. You can't go wrong with this one. Escargot. Perfectly made with herbs and lots butter. What's not to like about this? If you want food escargot they do it right here. Mussels with lobster sauce. The sauce is rich. Mussels are fresh tasting. Display is excellent. The ambiance of this place depends on the time of day you go. Weekdays are usually my go to for dinner. As these days are a little more calm and relaxed. Atmosphere is great. No loud noise perfect setting to actually have a clear conversation. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. If you love French onion soup get it. You will not be disappointed. And their selections on sauces for their mussels is amazing. Thank you to the staff for always taking care of me and my groups. Looking forward to the next visit Decor: New modern clean. Staff: no issues they always make it right. Food: above average Bathrooms: N/A haven't used them yet. Will update when that time comes.

Had a great experience here for a private party of 30 on their patio. They did a good job timing the food and courses so we were all eating together. Owner is very nice and made sure we had what we needed and all the staff did a great job as well. We will be back, thank you!

This is a nice spot in Culver for some French style food. $26 for the bento was a good deal. Seafood risotto, soup, fruits and dessert. $32 for steak and fries was decent. Most notable is the Happy Hour at 3-6:30pm. Lots of great offerings. There was one gentleman serving everyone at 4pm. He tried his best to accommodate, I just helped myself a few times to get my service.
